Day one in the Okanagan Valley

Invited by David, I eagerly joined a weekend trip to BC's Okanagan Valley back in June.Wine Country? Count me in!

We started off our tour at Haywire Winery & Garnet Valley Ranch. It was such a thrilling experiencing getting to explore this property and getting an in-depth look at the conversion process of turning a winery fully organic. It was also my first time seeing wines been stored in other vessels besides wine barrels, the stone eggs were a highlight for sure.

After Haywire, our group ventured further into the gorgeous countryside and explore the scenic Garnet Valley ranch, a sprawling 320-acre site teeming with delights. . We were amazed by the diverse sites that awaited us at every turn. In addition to the winery, there were sprawling vegetable fields that exuded vibrancy, lavender fields that emitted a soothing aroma, and a bustling beehive. With each new discovery, our curiosity grew, and we couldn't help but revel in the sheer abundance of nature's treasures. A unique experience of camping in an Air streamer is also available to members!
